Predictions
You get one free prediction per day for Match of the Day. You can unlock additional predictions by watching optional short video ads. Completing a full 7-day streak also earns bonus ad-free predictions for the weekend.
One match per day is selected as the Match of the Day (MOTD). It's always free to predict (no ad required) and comes with a special multiplier wheel spin — giving you a chance to multiply your points earned from MOTD by up to 5x. Multiplier wheel spin is not available to users in Turkiye.
No — once a prediction is submitted it cannot be changed. Make sure you're happy with your score before confirming.
If a match is postponed, your prediction stays open and will be scored when the match is eventually played. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, your prediction is voided and no points are awarded or deducted. Any prediction pick used for a cancelled match is not refunded.
No — predictions are evaluated against the full-time score after 90 minutes of regular play only. Goals scored in extra time or penalty shootouts do not count.
Predictions are scored automatically several times per day. Results are processed within a few hours after full time, but usually much faster. If enabled, you'll receive a push notification when you earn points.
Points
You earn 250 
for an exact score prediction. If you don't get the exact score, you earn 25 for each of the following you get right: correct match result, correct goals for one team, correct goal difference, or correct total goals. Maximum 250 per match. See our How It Works page for examples.

After submitting your Match of the Day prediction, you can spin a wheel for a chance to multiply your points by 1x, 2x, 3x, 4x, or 5x. The wheel is weighted — higher multipliers are rarer. If you prefer not to spin, you can tap "No thanks" and keep your base points at 1x. Multiplier wheel spin is not available to users in Turkiye.
Your points do not expire if you make a prediction at least once in every 6 months. Points are deleted after 6 months of inactivity (no predictions made). We'll send you an email reminder before your points expire so you have time to make a prediction and reset the clock.

Streaks
Predict the Match of the Day on consecutive days to build a streak. Each streak week runs from Friday to Thursday and resets every Friday. Complete a full 7-day streak to earn 3 bonus ad-free predictions for the weekend with x2 mutiplier.
Yes — if you missed exactly one day in a week, you can recover your streak once per week by watching a rewarded ad. Multiple missed days cannot be recovered. The recovery option appears automatically on your home screen if you're eligible.
Completing a full 7-day streak earns you 3 bonus ad-free predictions to use over the following weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) with double points. This means you can make extra predictions without watching any ads.
Rewards & Gift Cards
Go to My Rewards in the app and select a gift card to redeem. The gift card will be sent to your registered email address within 2 business days. Make sure you have enough points and haven't exceeded your monthly redemption cap.

Gift cards are typically delivered within 2 business days to your email address. You can check the delivery status of your redemption request in My Rewards tab under your Account. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
Yes — monthly redemption caps apply per user. The current cap is displayed in the app at the time of redemption.
Available gift cards are shown in the My Rewards section of the app and vary by region and availability. We regularly update the selection. If a specific gift card is unavailable, we may substitute one of equivalent value.
You can cancel a pending redemption in My Rewards tab under your Account before it has been processed. Once processed, redemptions are non-reversible. Contact us at help@predictability.app if you need help.
Account
Tap Forgot Password on the sign-in screen and enter your email address. You'll receive an email with a link to set a new password. The link expires after 1 hour. This is not applicable if you signed in with Google or Apple.
Go to My Account → Change Email. You'll need to verify your current password, then a verification link will be sent to your new email address. Your email only changes after you click the link. This is not applicable if you signed in with Google or Apple.
No — each user may only hold one account. Creating multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage is prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all points.
You can delete your account from My Account → Delete Account. All your personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days and all points will be forfeited. This action cannot be undone.

Yes — PredictAbility is completely free to use. No purchase, subscription, or payment is ever required. The app is supported by optional video ads that you can choose to watch to unlock additional predictions.
